Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Principal to lead a modern preschool in Malaysia. You will oversee daily operations, nurture relationships with families, and guide a team of teachers. The ideal candidate has 5 years in preschool education, with Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or Education, and strong English communication. Mandarin is a plus.

Training will be provided and a collaborative, growth-focused culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or equivalent.
• Candidates with managerial experience in other degrees are encouraged to apply.
• Total of 5 years in the preschool industry; experience as a principal preferred.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:
