We are looking for a passionate and caring Preschool Principal / Centre Manager who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is ready to take an active role in managing and growing our preschool.
Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the preschool.
Lead, manage and support teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure the safety, wellbeing and proper care of all children.
Communicate with parents, handle enquiries and maintain good parent relationships.
Work closely with teachers to plan and introduce engaging, creative and age-appropriate activities beyond traditional classroom learning.
Monitor the overall learning environment and ensure children receive a positive preschool experience.
Plan, coordinate and manage annual preschool events such as Sports Day, Concerts, celebrations and other school activities.
Handle administrative and operational matters related to the preschool.
Represent the preschool professionally and serve as the main point of contact for parents.
Foster a warm, positive and nurturing environment for children, teachers and parents.
Ensure the preschool operates in accordance with relevant policies and requirements.
Qualification or background in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline are preferred.
Candidates without a relevant degree but with at least 1–2 years of relevant preschool / early childhood education experience will also be considered.
Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsible, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Creative and enthusiastic about developing activities and experiences for young children.
Comfortable communicating and building relationships with parents and teachers.
Most importantly, you should genuinely love children and enjoy being around them.
