Job summary

redONE Mobile is seeking an Executive, Sales Support (Prepaid) to manage day-to-day prepaid distribution operations. You will monitor stock movement and coordinate replenishment across the channel.

You will also prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, support channel partners, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth distribution and accurate records. This role offers growth opportunities within telecom distribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma, with 2+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience in sales operations, distribution, channel management, inventory/stock coordination or sales support.
• Experience in telecoms, FMCG, retail distribution or channel sales is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting ability.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to coordinate with internal teams and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prepaid stock movement and distribution across the channel.
• Coordinate stock allocation, loading and replenishment based on performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and basic analyses.
• Support channel partners and prepare business updates and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations.
