Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the dealer management team for prepaid and postpaid business in assigned regions. You will drive operational re-engineering and information system development to maximize value contributions to U Mobile.

You will manage distributors, provide system support, and shape indirect channel sales strategy while coaching a high-performing team. The role requires strong market awareness and cross-department collaboration to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is required.
• 8 years’ experience in Telco environment with at least 5 years in sales team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor performance and dealers’ portfolio in the regions.
• Provide system support to distributors (network, creation, modification and termination).
• Plan, lead, execute and monitor indirect channel sales strategy and expand UM touch points.
• Lead, coach and manage team productivity and projects.
• Coordinate inter-department requirements to meet sales objectives and optimize support resources.
• Oversee dealership management with sound rationale and judgments.
