Job summary

RED ONE NETWORK SDN. BHD. is seeking an Executive, Sales Support (Prepaid) to manage stock movement, distribution and reporting across the prepaid channel.

You will support channel partners and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. The role requires a minimum diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations or distribution, preferably in telecom or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prepaid stock levels, stock movement and distribution across the channel.
• Coordinate stock allocation, loading and replenishment based on sales performance and partner requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and conduct basic performance analysis.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, business updates, proposals and management reports.
• Prepare and coordinate prepaid memos, circulars and business-related documentation.
• Provide operational support to prepaid partners and follow up on partner-related matters.
• Work closely with Channel Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Operations and other relevant departments to resolve operational and partner issues.
• Monitor outstanding issues and ensure timely follow-up, resolution and closure.
• Support the execution of prepaid campaigns, promotions, incentive programmes and stock-loading initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, partner orders and distribution activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and business requirements.
• Perform other duties related to prepaid sales operations and distribution as required.

We are looking for an Executive, Sales Support (Prepaid) to support the day-to-day operations of our prepaid distribution channel. You will be responsible for monitoring prepaid stock movement, coordinating stock allocation and replenishment, preparing sales reports, supporting channel partners, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth distribution and sales operations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and manage prepaid SIM pack stock levels, stock movement and distribution across the channel

Coordinate stock allocation, loading and replenishment based on sales performance and partner requirements

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and conduct basic performance analysis

Assist in preparing sales forecasts, business updates, proposals and management reports

Prepare and coordinate prepaid memos, circulars and business-related documentation

Provide operational support to prepaid partners and follow up on partner-related matters

About you

Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience

Relevant experience in sales operations, distribution, channel management, inventory/stock coordination or sales support

Experience in the telecommunications, FMCG, retail distribution or channel sales environment will be an added advantage

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable working with sales data and reports

Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines

Able to work effectively with internal teams, channel partners and external stakeholders
