HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer to work with a dedicated RM team in International Wealth and Premier Banking. You will manage daily sales administrative tasks, assist with customer inquiries, follow up on complaints, and help expand digital banking adoption for premier clients.

Aufgaben

• Organize and complete sales application forms for submission and SQ review.
• Assist RM in replying customer emails, transaction requests, and other premier client needs.
• Handle customer complaints or follow-up tasks with RM support.
• Create appointments for customers when RM is unavailable.
• Identify customers not contacted quarterly and generate leads for RM follow-up.
• Monitor campaign call lists and event triggers for CVM assignments.
• Assist RM with file reviews, CAMP, and FCC-related follow-ups.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer customer needs to PRM.
• Educate customers on digital banking and be the main contact point for service needs.
