Job summary

HSBC Malaysia is seeking ambitious individuals to join International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) as Premier Relationship Officer, working with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional targets. You will be the main contact for premier clients, delivering tailored wealth management support and referrals to PRM.

Daily sales administration, customer communications, and proactive account servicing form the core.

Qualifications

• Basic planning and organizational skills required.
• Experience with wealth management products and propositions preferred.
• Local work authorization and no relocation needed prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales administrative tasks and manage sales documents.
• Assist RM with customer communications, statements, and service requests.
• Support campaign follow-ups, cross-selling, and premier client service.
• Help educate customers on digital banking and maintain CRM data.
• Handle account openings and maintain timely client information.
