Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Relationship Banker in Malaysia to manage and deepen Premier clients’ relationships, driving revenue through holistic financial planning and AUM growth.

The role requires a tertiary diploma or degree and licences in wealth/investment products, with a strong sales track record and portfolio management skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, with Mandarin/Cantonese as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Licences in wealth/investment products (PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC) are required.
• Strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
• Sales oriented with results-driven mindset.
• Excellent influencing, networking and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
• Ensure high levels of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs-based selling.
• Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
