HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Premier Financial Director to lead high-net-worth client relationships, deliver tailored wealth solutions, and drive divisional targets with senior colleagues across geographies.

You will manage Top Tier Premier clients, apply deep financial planning knowledge, and ensure compliance with local and global standards while upholding HSBC values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in financial services with at least 3 years as Relationship Manager.
• Evidence of strong client recommendations and sales results in wealth products.
• Experience managing high net worth portfolios preferred.
• Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products.
• Knowledge of macroeconomics/microeconomics and local market developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage HSBC relationship with Top Tier Premier clients.
• Acquire, develop and retain relationships with Top Tier Premier clients.
• Build trusting client relationships, understand needs, and deliver to exceed expectations.
• Understand clients' personal and financial goals, provide financial advice.
• Review Top Tier portfolio to identify cross‑border opportunities.
• Increase client loyalty through collaboration with internal partners.
• Adhere to local and global compliance requirements.
• Ensure portfolio performance fits TBM and Top Tier Proposition.
