Job summary

You will promote sales methodologies and Financial Journeys, develop staff competencies, recruit and retain talent, and optimize customer interaction tools to deliver consistent results while meeting regulatory requirements and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration.
• Sound financial knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of banking law and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch Sales and Sales Support Team to achieve revenue targets.
