Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a results-driven Sales Planning & Activities professional to design and execute sales plans for prospective customers sourced from LMS leads and self-generated opportunities. You will collaborate with branch, region, and wealth sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention while delivering investment advice and portfolio support to grow AUM.

Qualifications

Degree holder with strong communication skills.
CFP with valid licenses (FIMM, PCE, CEILI, IPPC) is required.
Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in wealth management or banca products.
Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication.
Possess all relevant licenses for the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for leads from LMS and self-generated sources.
Collaborate with PBC/branch/region teams on campaigns for acquisition and retention.
Provide investment and wealth advisory services including portfolio reviews to grow AUM.
Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
Arrange appointments, conduct visits, and maintain client engagement.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers and support sales performance reviews.
