Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a driven Premier Banking professional to provide tailored financial solutions for high net worth and affluent clients. The role focuses on expanding the Premier franchise through targeted sales activities and strategic relationship management.

The candidate should bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of sales/relationship experience, with licenses such as PCE, CEILI & FIMM (IPPC a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges.
• Possess strong interest in financial planning, investment and keen to work in a sales driven environment.
• Preferably with 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales and client relationship experience.
• Must possess the required licenses (e.g PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license & own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand the Premier Franchise by acquiring new customers via marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking directions.
• Provide excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touchpoints with a caring, enhanced value approach.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-ups.
• Adhere to policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters; ensure no operational lapses.
