Job summary

OCBC is looking for a dynamic Premier Banking Associate in Malaysia to provide tailored financial solutions and drive growth in the Premier Franchise. The role emphasizes client relationship building, event-based sales activities, and superior service at every touchpoint.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of sales experience, and the required licenses (PCE, CEILI, FIMM). A valid driving license and own transport are preferred for on-site client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Strong interest in financial planning and sales-focused environment.
• 3–5 years' experience in sales and client relationship management.
• Must possess PCE, CEILI and FIMM licenses; IPPC is a plus.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Must have a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand Premier Franchise via marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking direction.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touch points.
• Build sustainable relationships through timely follow-ups and understanding customer needs.
• Proactively engage Premier Banking customers to sustain high satisfaction.
• Adhere to all policies, regulatory risk and compliance requirements.
