Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Fluent in Malay and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing equipment to achieve surface quality.
• Perform grinding, polishing, deburring, brushing, blasting, coating, or anodizing as applicable.
• Inspect finished parts for surface defects and measure with basic tools.
• Monitor process parameters to maintain consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records for production, inspections, and maintenance.
• Support process trials, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to safety, PPE, and 5S housekeeping standards.
