You will operate mills, lathes and wirecut machines, read engineering drawings, and ensure products meet quality and 5S standards. The role requires the ability to work in a 3-crew shift pattern, diligence in documentation, and willingness to overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Hardworking and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in 3 crew shifts.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity with small parts.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up mills, lathes and wirecut machines per setup sheets and procedures.
• Read specifications and measure parts to QA plans.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and keep tools organized.
• Support and train machine operators on machining practices.
