Qualifications

1–5 years of relevant experience in precision machining, CNC machining, mold making, tool & die, or engineering design.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
Experience operating or setting up CNC / precision machining equipment is an advantage.
Experience with mechanical assembly or component design is an added advantage.
Good understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and precision measurement.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Wire EDM, Surface Grinding, CNC Milling, and CNC Lathe machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Perform precision machining to required dimensions and tolerances.
Monitor processes and make adjustments; conduct final inspections.
Inspect using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators and other tools.
Maintain machines and tooling; collaborate with engineers to solve issues.
Design and develop precision components and assemblies; assist with prototypes.
