• Strong knowledge of surveying software and CAD applications.
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, and Malaysia regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within project locations.
• Professional membership with a surveying body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise site measurements and establish accurate reference points.
• Set out building lines, levels, and boundaries per plans and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain surveying records, drawings, and documentation.
• Monitor excavation depths, foundation levels, and structural alignment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve surveying issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with designs.
• Prepare as-built surveys and completion documentation on handover.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on surveying matters.
