Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in precast concrete projects, covering both production and site installation.
• Hands-on experience with cranes, lifting plans, rigging activities, and precast installation sequencing.
• CIDB certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule precast beam production, transportation, delivery, and installation.
• Coordinate with design engineers to review shop drawings and structural requirements.
• Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, manpower, and resources.
• Supervise installation of precast beams according to drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and management on project progress.
