Job summary

Aurum Precast Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru area is seeking a Production Engineer to manage the production line for precast components, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate planning, materials, and shop floor activities.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, with at least 2 years in construction or precast, and ability to interpret production drawings and maintain ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and forecasting moulds and raw material requirements.
• Ability to coordinate between planning, QC, sub-contractors and production teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast mould and raw material requirements.
• Forecast manpower for the production line.
• Raise purchase requisitions and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Carry out trial mixes and update design mixes as moisture content varies.
• Assist Production Manager in managing supervisors and workers to meet production and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with Planning, QC, Sub-contractor, technical team, Material Procurement and Mould team to ensure smooth production.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO procedures.
