Job summary

Chin Hin Group in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our team in Rawang, Selangor.

You will supervise daily production lines, check mould conditions, ensure correct concrete mixes per drawings, label products with serial numbers for traceability, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

The role requires a Civil/Construction Engineering degree and at least 2 years in manufacturing/precast, with strong communication and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing/precast field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on production lines to ensure subcontractors meet quality and quantity standards.
• Perform routine checks on mould conditions to ensure they meet production specifications.
• Ensure the correct concrete mix and quantities are used as per production drawings.
• Ensure all products are labeled with serial numbers for identification and traceability.
• Coordinate with logistics for loading activities and ensure timely product delivery according to customer requirements.
• Communicate regularly with the factory head to report any issues.
• Supervise all activities to ensure safety standards are followed and work is done safely.
