Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Production Engineer for precast concrete manufacturing in Malaysia. The role focuses on monitoring daily production activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence, and coordinating across QA/QC, Planning, Maintenance and Production teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil/Manufacturing/Production Engineering with 2–3 years in precast or related manufacturing, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to work in a

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in precast concrete or related manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of precast production processes and technical drawings.
Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Willing to work in a manufacturing/factory environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate daily precast concrete production activities.
Ensure production meets quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Monitor mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, curing, demoulding, and finishing processes.
Troubleshoot production and technical issues.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, Maintenance, and Production teams.
Monitor production efficiency, material usage, wastage, and downtime.
Support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
Prepare production reports and maintain relevant documentation.
