Job summary

KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate daily finishing activities for precast concrete products and to ensure timely completion of tasks.

You will supervise workers, monitor quality and safety, coordinate manpower and daily tasks, manage loading/unloading, scheduling deliveries with production planning and logistics, and maintain storage, inventory, and transport safety compliance.

• Experience in precast concrete, construction, or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Able to supervise workers and daily production/finishing activities.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work overtime when required.
• Supervise daily finishing activities for precast concrete products.
• Monitor surface finishing, patching, repair, cleaning, marking, and product preparation.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate manpower and allocate daily tasks to finishing workers.
• Monitor product storage, stacking, and identification at the yard.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities to ensure safe and efficient handling.
• Arrange and monitor delivery schedules with the Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure precast products are properly secured and protected during transportation.
• Monitor inventory, product movement, and delivery records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and compliance with company procedures.
• Report production, finishing, loading, and delivery issues to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
