Job summary

RRecruiter seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil and construction initiatives in Selangor. You will guide Project Managers, Construction Managers, site teams and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and safety targets while delivering quality outcomes.

You will coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, clients and main contractors, monitor progress and costs, and manage contracts and variations, ensuring CIDB/DOSH/OSHA compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in civil/structural/construction fields.
• 12–15 years of relevant construction and project management experience.
• Strong experience in precast concrete installation and construction projects.
• Knowledge of project contracts, cost control, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from planning to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage precast concrete delivery, lifting, installation, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Monitor project progress, resources, risks, costs, and profitability; implement corrective actions when required.
• Oversee contract administration, variation orders, claims, and EOT submissions.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB, DOSH, OSHA, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency, quality improvement, and team development.
