The role provides strategic and operational leadership to project teams, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality requirements, with a focus on planning, execution, construction management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of all precast concrete installation and construction projects across Malaysia.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality requirements.
• Focus areas include Project Planning, Execution, Construction Management, Stakeholder Management, Commercial and Financial Management.
