Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support technical discussions with customers and partners, translate requirements into technical solutions, and prepare comprehensive technical proposals and presentations.

The role involves assisting with system architecture, site surveys, and reviewing infrastructure while coordinating with internal teams and partners to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Support technical discussions with customers, government agencies, local authorities, consultants and project partners.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution descriptions, specifications and presentation materials.
• Assist with system architecture, network diagrams and data-flow diagrams.
• Participate in site surveys for traffic junctions, CCTV locations and related infrastructure.
• Review traffic signal, CCTV, networking, communications and other relevant infrastructure.
• Support product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Respond to technical questions during customer meetings and proposal discussions.
• Assist with Proof-of-Concept and pilot project planning.
• Support tender, RFQ and RFP submissions, including technical compliance documentation.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, equipment lists and technical documentation where required.
• Coordinate technical requirements with internal teams, technology partners, contractors and system integrators.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with customer requirements.
• Support project handover from the pre-sales stage to implementation.
