Job summary

Raddish Technology Sdn Bhd invites a dynamic Network/Presales specialist to support sales teams in gathering customer requirements, participate in discovery calls, and design IT solutions tailored to client needs. You will assist in answering technical queries and help prepare technical presentations and demonstrations.

The role involves documenting solution designs, contributing to RFIs/RFPs, pricing documents, and maintaining a repository of solutions.

Job description

Assist in gathering customer requirements during sales meetings.

Participate in initial discovery calls to understand client pain points.

Support sales teams in answering basic technical queries from customers.

Help senior engineers in designing IT solutions tailored to client needs.

Conduct research on new products and emerging technologies.

Document solution designs and configurations under guidance.

Assist in creating technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Contribute to writing responses for RFIs/RFPs.

Work with sales teams to develop pricing and solution documentation.

Maintain a database of technical solutions and case studies.

Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, or equivalent would be an advantage.

Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive technologies.

Shadow senior engineers during customer meetings to gain hands‑on experience.

Experience with enterprise switches, routers, wireless, firewall, or network infrastructure is preferred.

With a strong Network Engineer /Network Support / Network Implementation background can also be considered if theydemonstrate good communication skills and are interested in moving into Presales.

Good understanding of networking fundamentals including:

TCP/IP and subnetting

VLAN and trunking

Layer 2 / Layer 3 switching

Routing concepts and protocols

STP

Network redundancy / High Availability

Exposure to enterprise networking solutions from vendors such as:

Cisco

HPE Aruba

Ruckus

Huawei

Fortinet / Palo Alto Networks networking or firewall solutions would be an addedadvantage.
