Job summary

EVE ENERGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Kulim invites an experienced HVAC Operations Engineer to oversee daily operation and maintenance of the power station's HVAC system, ensuring stability and normal operation of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment.

You will monitor energy use, perform regular maintenance on boilers, chillers, air compressors, towers, and other equipment; diagnose faults and implement energy-saving measures while complying with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering or related majors.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC systems or power station equipment, preferably in industrial facilities or large buildings.
Knowledge of HVAC and power equipment principles, operation, maintenance methods, and related codes and standards; skilled in HVAC automation control systems and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation and management of the HVAC system to ensure stable operation of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment.
Regularly perform maintenance and repair work on HVAC equipment (air conditioning units, boilers, cooling towers, refrigeration units, air compressors, etc.).
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system failures and repair promptly to restore normal operation.
Monitor and analyze energy consumption of HVAC systems and propose energy-saving/optimization solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during operation and maintenance.
