Qualifications

• Graduated with engineering degree, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in HVAC system installation.
• Essential knowledge in facilities monitoring and control system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Zero ITP and Zero incidents to meet Service Provider KPI.
• Manage complaints and breakdown related to system and follow up with actions.
• Interface with Engineering for preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
