Job summary

MICP Solution Sdn Bhd invites fresh graduates to join an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering role. You will support commissioning and monitoring activities across electrical, mechanical, and BMS/EPMS systems, working on-site at a Data Centre facility in Selangor.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering and have basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, drawings, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Willing to work at Data Centre, Puncak Alam.
• Willing to work overtime/shift if required.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify equipment tag, location and point description.
• Perform point-to-point checking from field device to BMS/EPMS.
• Assist engineer in checking BMS/EPMS/Digital Monitoring System and verify actual equipment status against system display.
• Check live readings, engineering units, alarms, events and equipment status.
• Assist during functional testing of electrical/mechanical equipment and record test results and readings.
• Perform alarm simulation/testing under supervision if necessary.
• Identify abnormal readings or missing signals and check basic field wiring, sensor connection and communication status.
• Complete point-to-point test sheets, record commissioning results and update punch/snag list.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, BMS/EPMS and M&E contractors and follow site safety requirements.
