Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with no professional experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Sigrity or Synopsys HSPICE.
• Strong understanding of platform-level power delivery and VR performance characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver power integrity solutions for high-speed platforms, boards, packages, and silicon.
• Develop and analyze power delivery networks using 2D/3D model extraction and noise analysis.
• Define power grid specifications balancing integrity, performance, and area.
• Design test structures, perform electrical analysis, and verify nets against pre-silicon estimations.
• Apply PI design expertise to guide physical implementation for packages and platforms.
• Develop platform-level power shapes and decoupling solutions for end customers.
• Derive platform-level specifications from silicon requirements for convergence on voltage regulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize PI across silicon, package, and platform integration.

As a Power Integrity Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering robust power integrity solutions for cutting-edge platforms, boards, packages, and silicon. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver power integrity solutions for complex high-speed platforms, boards, packages, and silicon.
• Develop and analyze power delivery networks using 2D/3D model extraction and noise analysis methodologies.
• Define power grid specifications and balance power integrity with performance and area targets.
• Design test structures, perform electrical analysis, and verify power delivery networks against pre-silicon estimations.
• Apply expertise in power integrity design to guide physical implementation for packages and platforms.
• Develop platform-level power shapes and decoupling solutions for end customers.
• Derive platform-level specifications from silicon requirements, ensuring convergence on feature sets and voltage regulation performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize power integrity across silicon, package, and platform integration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 0-2 years of hands-on experience in power integrity design and analysis, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training
• A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with no prior professional experience
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Sigrity tools, Synopsys HSPICE, or similar software
• Strong understanding of platform-level power delivery and VR performance characterization techniques
• Experience with 2D and 3D model extraction and noise analysis methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute to innovative solutions
