Job summary

XP Power is seeking a skilled electronics technician/engineer to support production by troubleshooting failed units from the line and analyzing root causes. You will work with cross‑functional teams on NPI/NPD and mass production, documenting issues and driving corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.

The role requires a university degree or technical diploma in Electronics, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or technical qualification in electronics or related field.
Strong troubleshooting skills for PCBA and electronics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Clear communication in English is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support production/manufacturing to troubleshoot failed units from the line.
Analyze and recommend corrective action for production/design issues.
Compile failure analysis findings and report daily.
Document, track and elevate issues using quality tools.
Troubleshoot products during NPI/NPD and Mass Production with cross-functional teams.
Analyze and propose improvements to production processes to improve testing quality.
Assist production to minimize debug WIP and track aging time.
