Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, data science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, BI or analytics.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Understanding of data governance, security and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports and data visualization using BI tools.
• Analyze complex business data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, governance and compliance with policies and standards.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with company objectives.
• Stay updated with emerging data technologies and best practices to implement improvements.
