GANGYAO TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a powder coating supervisor to oversee daily coating operations, set up spray guns, monitor oven temperatures and curing times, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

The successful candidate will supervise operators, troubleshoot coating defects, and coordinate with Production, QC and Maintenance while maintaining records. Mandarin-speaking ability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of powder coating experience in manufacturing.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is required.
• Hands-on experience in powder coating operations and equipment.
• Knowledge of spray gun settings, curing processes, colour changes, and coating quality.
• Ability to identify coating defects and perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs, work instructions, and production work orders.
• Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certificates are an advantage.
