Job summary

Vencomatic Group is seeking a Sales Engineer for an on-site role in Penang, Malaysia. You will engage with customers to understand needs, present tailored poultry housing, climate, and egg handling solutions, and prepare quotations and proposals.

Daily tasks include product demonstrations, technical clarification, and coordinating with engineering/operations on customized solutions. Regular customer-site visits build long-term relationships and successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude in mechanical or agricultural systems and poultry housing, climate control, and automation.
• Strong sales and customer-relations skills with consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical proposals with accuracy.
• Excellent English communication; on-site work across Malaysia; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and partners to understand technical and operational needs, and present tailored poultry housing, climate, and egg handling solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and conduct product demonstrations with technical clarification.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams on customized solutions and support installation follow-up when needed.
• Monitor market developments and maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records.
• Contribute feedback to improve products and services and build long-term customer relationships through regular site visits.
