Job summary

Taylor’s Education Group in Malaysia is seeking a strategic Manager, Student Recruitment and Experience (Postgraduate) & Business Development (B2B) to lead postgraduate enrolment initiatives and forge government, corporate, and institutional partnerships.

The role drives recruitment targets across Taylor’s University and College markets, devising long-term plans, coordinating events, and building strong external networks to convert opportunities into admissions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management/Marketing, or related discipline.
At least 7 years in marketing, promotion and public relations in a target driven sales environment, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Business development and account management experience in the education environment is preferred.
Experience and network with Government/Corporate Entities would be an added advantage.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Responsible for sales strategies planning and implementation for the Malaysian market to increase postgraduate enrolment across Taylor’s University College/University.
Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to market and promote postgraduate programmes to various segments.
Plan and monitor annual budget for sales events/activities for the academic year.
Strategize and implement sales and marketing plans for targeted markets and collaborate with Institutional Marketing to maintain updated listings of organisations for materials.
