Job summary

Investors Trust in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented analyst to process client dealing requests and ensure precise data entry in the company tools. The role includes reconciling bank and internal records, escalating discrepancies, and coordinating with financial institutions for information.

You will monitor and liquidate market orders, resolve client or agent issues, and maintain data integrity with timely data handling.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• AML/CDD/KYC experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates can apply; training provided.
• Must be computer literate with Excel/Word.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Job description

To follow procedures in the processing of clients’ dealing request while entering detailed and accurate information accordingly in the company's Software Tools.

To reconcile bank and company records while identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

To reconcile different reports and ensure timely escalation of alerts to the appropriate parties for further review.

To liaise with financial institutions and other business units for information whenever required.

To track and liquidate market orders.

To detect and solve any issues that clients and agents might present.

To maintain data integrity, consistency, accuracy, security, and timeliness.

To minimize data quality risks and proactively identify potential data issues.

To independently source for external data from reputable and trusted sources as a reference.

To perform ad hoc data analytics or other related tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

This vacancy is mainly for the reconciliation of reports.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or a related field qualification.

With experience specializing in Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence, and Know Your Customer (AML/CDD/KYC), this will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Computer literate, especially in Excel / Word.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Essential typing skills in English.

Sense of responsibility and patience

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, data literacy, and attention to detail.

Candidate must be willing to work on a rotation basis on a Public Holiday (the company shall grant another day as paid holiday or shall be entitled for payment in lieu of such Public Holiday).
