• Conduct experiments to characterize polymer properties and analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
• Assist scale-up and manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting.
• Support quality control measures to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and reports.
