Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a motivated individual for an operational role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage daily ROP transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. With at least 3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, and ideally, Mandarin. A robust understanding of Microsoft Office applications is also necessary to thrive in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant operational experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and the local language; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Prior experience in ROP processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ROP transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle ROP appeals, releases, and email enquiries within the agreed turnaround time.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on ROP-related matters.
