Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and basic corrective maintenance on facility HVAC and mechanical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. You will follow approved Job Plans, SOPs, risk assessments, and safety protocols while performing scheduled PM activities.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, air-conditioning, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Willing to learn preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of facility equipment.
• Basic knowledge of safety requirements and maintenance practices.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions, Job Plans and SOPs.
• Experience through practical training, internship, or hands-on HVAC maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment condition and identify abnormal conditions, defects, leakage, vibration, noise, temperature, and other abnormalities.
• Perform cleaning, lubrication, tightening, adjustment, inspection, and replacement of wear-and-tear components.
• Record PM findings accurately in checklists, work orders, and maintenance systems.
• Raise corrective maintenance (CM) work orders when defects or abnormal conditions are identified.
• Follow approved Job Plans, SOPs, risk assessments, and Permit to Work requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with site EHS requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance when required.
• Coordinate with the PM Lead, Facilities Engineer, SME, and System Owner for equipment issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping after completion of maintenance activities.
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and equipment are properly maintained and available for PM activities.
