Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated PLM Operations Support Analyst to join our global operations team in Kuala Lumpur. You will support PLM business processes and Aras PLM system, helping maintain data quality and drive improvements.

You will collaborate with business, engineering, supply chain, product management, and IT across regions, providing training, documentation, and user support. This role offers a hands-on entry to enterprise systems and a chance to grow in a fast-paced semiconductor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, IT, or Business).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
Organizational and documentation skills in a cross-functional, global environment.
Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for Aras PLM system and related applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Support master data governance activities across product lifecycle processes.
Analyze workflows and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on system enhancements and change management.
Create and execute test plans, document results, and support UAT activities.
Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and knowledge articles.
Engage with global teams to communicate system changes and drive adoption.
