Job summary

Glide Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Electromechanical/PLC Technician to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with electrical systems, troubleshooting, and PLC-related work.

Responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, and maintaining electrical systems, control panels, and machinery; performing preventive and corrective maintenance; and supporting production teams by resolving electrical and automation issues promptly

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with electrical systems, troubleshooting, and PLC work.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
1-3 years in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or automation.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety, wiring, schematics, and control systems.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and respond to breakdowns quickly.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and machinery.
Diagnose and adjust PLC programs.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Support production teams by resolving electrical and automation issues promptly.
Document maintenance activities and equipment performance reports.
