Job summary

DHL IT Services is seeking an AI Engineer Intern to design and develop AI agents for automated testing and UI workflows in Cyberjaya. You will work with AI-driven automation alongside conventional testing tools, applying data analysis to model data structures and enhance testing capabilities.

The role requires building foundational AI skills, pursuing or holding a CS/IT degree, and English proficiency. This internship offers hybrid work and exposure to global IT projects within DHL.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing or have a bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons) or equivalent.
• Required skills include Python, Generative AI/LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and basic familiarity with Google ADK, OpenAI, or LangChain.
• Preferred exposure to AI agents, MCP, RAG, or LLM workflows; familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), and AI evaluation/observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents to automate performance testing and UI test workflows.
• Integrate AI-driven automation with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and UI frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Apply data analysis and modeling to establish or maintain data structures and components.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology or equivalent

• Required skill(s): Python, Generative AI/LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and basic familiarity with Google ADK, OpenAI, or LangChain.
• Preferred skill(s): Exposure to AI agents, MCP, RAG, or LLM workflows; familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), and AI evaluation/observability tools.
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 6 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
