You will partner with product, design, and analytics to define roadmaps, drive architectural excellence, and attract top talent while building an inclusive, high-performance culture that delivers reliability, security, and value to users.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with leadership in teams.
• 5+ years of direct people management leading engineers.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and high availability.
• Proven ability to scale complex engineering organizations and maintain high standards.
• Experience with code and design reviews to enforce quality and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers across experience levels.
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain architectural excellence.
• Partner with product, design, and analytics to define roadmaps and success metrics.
• Define engineering strategy and targets for testability, availability, security, and code quality.
• Plan quarterly execution and ensure delivery of product and engineering roadmaps.
• Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent with clear career paths.
• Manage staffing levels in line with business needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts for executives and business partners.
• Define performance metrics and conduct regular reviews.
• Analyze challenges and implement resilient improvements.
• Foster an inclusive, transparent team environment.
