Job summary

INSCALE is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. You will mentor engineers, translate strategy into actionable goals, and partner with Product and Technology leaders to improve engineering effectiveness.

The role requires deep hands-on experience across AWS and multi-cloud platforms, with a focus on high-availability services. Expect to travel for onboarding and assume leadership of cross-functional teams using .NET Core, C#,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Proven hands on experience across multi-cloud platforms, with AWS as a mandatory requirement.
• Understanding of operating workloads of a modern technology stack including .NET Core, C#, Node.js or Java.
• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-availability services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers across the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, development, and retention).
• Translate company and platform strategy into clear, actionable goals for your team.
• Ensure strong capabilities across platform engineering, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.
• Remove roadblocks to enable the efficient delivery of high-quality platform solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Technology leadership to strengthen engineering effectiveness.
• Work hands-on with a modern technology stack, including AWS Cloud, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, multi-cloud platforms (Akamai Cloud, Azure, GCP, or other providers), CDNs, Cassandra DB, Kafka, and messaging technologies (NATS/MQ).
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of operating workloads across a modern technology stack, including .NET Core, C#, and Node.js.
