Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or trading.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the plastics and chemicals industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market pricing and industry developments to support planning.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events.
• Provide after-sales support and prepare sales reports for continuous improvement.
