Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive or Fresh Graduate to manage raw plastic resin sales for automotive and packaging clients across the Central Region. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to build international supply chain knowledge within a leading Japanese trading firm.

You'll travel within Ipoh to Seremban, manage delivery terms, and foster strong client relationships while supporting collections.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (up to 3 years of B2B sales/trading experience is a plus).
• Open to traveling within the Central Region for client visits.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with corporate lunches/dinners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for automotive and packaging plants buying plastic resins and polymers.
• Advise clients on shipping terms (Incoterms), manage delivery schedules, and handle order terms.
• Build strong relationships with existing accounts while seeking new factory clients.
• Monitor client payment schedules to ensure on-time collections and prevent delays.
• Engage with clients and suppliers through corporate meals to build long-term trust.
