Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Mould Maintenance Technician (Injection Moulding) to service and repair injection moulding machinery and related systems at our Johor Bahru facility. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supporting process improvements, liaising with suppliers for technical support, and preparing maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance, injection moulding or manufacturing environment.
• Injection moulding experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Able to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

• Prepare maintenance reports and update equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
