Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in plant operations or process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations and optimize performance, reducing bottlenecks and waste.
• Monitor operations, perform RCA, and lead troubleshooting reviews with site teams and SMEs.
• Support crisis management and continuity during plant upsets or trips and provide operational guidance.
• Drive digitalization through dashboards and standard operating procedures.
