Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business planning, analytics, operations planning, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, performance management, data analytics, and BI tools, with ability to develop dashboards.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into recommendations for management.
• Strong business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration across functions, regions.
• Knowledge of MRP, SAP, RR, and other analytics software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide business planning, performance analysis, and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze key business, operational, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI tools for timely, accurate insights for management.
• Translate requirements and data into actionable insights, recommendations, and mitigation plans for management decisions.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects including business transformation and capacity planning.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and standardization of processes, reporting, dashboards, analytical frameworks, and planning tools.
• Act as a focal point for analytical problem solving, addressing risks and driving improvements.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to align plant priorities with company strategy.
