Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Plant Manager for the Kuching and Bintulu operations. You will plan, organize, direct and control the plant’s production, maintenance, safety, quality, logistics, and admin functions to meet business goals.

You will review plans and budgets, present performance reports to senior management, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing. The role requires GMP discipline and strong collaboration with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Management related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control the plant operations: Production, Maintenance, People, Logistics, Quality Control/Lab, Health & Safety, Admin and Financial Control.
• Review and approve plans for budget, labor, material, engineering effectiveness, service and order entry plus staffing utilization.
• Present weekly and monthly performance reports to top management and adjust plans as needed.
• Develop and implement corporate operations policy within the Plant and define objectives with short- and long-term plans and budgets.
